Fantastic look at "conscious healing"!

They wholeheartedly discuss awareness or mindfulness in thought, emotion, movement, and spiritual connection and their effects on healing through scientific research and personal accounts of people. The last section of the book is a manual on how to increase awareness in all areas. This book does not promote alternative medicine over Western medicine, but instead as a complement. All in all, it’s a very balanced, instructive, and thoroughly researched book.

I have already tried some of their ideas and will definitely recommend this book to my family and clients.
