In general, there are five major areas that we are going to look at: your physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual being, and what may be lacking in any of these levels. 30-Day Holistic Health Challenge
The 30-Day Holistic Health Challenge is based on the Revolutionize Your Health book, and was co-created with Janet G. Nestor. The course consists of 29 Lectures with exercises and challenges that will help you to raise your holistic awareness, a prerequisite if you want to achieve holistic health.
While the course was originally designed to be taken over 30 consecutive days, it can be done at your leisure.
Overcoming Your Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are the deep-seated and often unconscious objections to your desired goals, the negative mindsets and programs that you have acquired throughout your life, but especially during your formative years. They operate below your conscious awareness and, unless brought to light, they will continue to drive your thoughts, choices, actions, and thus your results in life. Changing your negative thinking patterns, and particularly overcoming your limiting beliefs, may be the most critical changes on your journey to complete health and a fulfilled life.
Most of us are unconscious of the ways our thoughts, emotions, habits, and lifestyle choices are responsible for our daily life experiences. We are also unconscious of our true values and our deeper longing for a more balanced way of life or a deeper connection to our spirit. We are totally unconscious of the present moment, always either living in the past or already planning our future. This kind of unconsciousness is a learned behaviour that we have developed over time, which in a sense is good news, as we can all unlearn unconscisousness and relearn to be consciously aware of all things in and around us through the practice of mindfulness.
Body Awareness for Optimal Health
Body awareness, in its simplest form, is defined as the ability to recognize subtle body cues. It is direct communication between you and your body. Body awareness is essential in keeping us healthy and safe. If we cannot sense or perceive the way we stand, walk, or hold our body; or perceive the energy in and around our body; or the signals our body is sending us at all times, how are we supposed to make the right decisions for our body and our health?
