During my healing workshops and retreats I offer the tools and expert guidance to cope with stress and put to use practical techniques for staying present, balanced and calm. During our time together you will regain both mental strength and reboot your physical health. Giving you the time for some well-deserved me-time, together we will also enjoy mindful movement classes, meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices to help you become aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions. By releasing stress-induced tension in your body and mind, you will return home feeling internally calm, strong and with a balanced perspective.
